The outdoor pool provided an exhilarating experience, especially at night, allowing me to unwind and rejuvenate. The spa services, including body treatments and manicures, were a welcome addition to my stay, enhancing the overall tranquil ambiance of the hotel. The unavailability of a variety of dining choices and the inability to settle the difference between room types were minor inconveniences that detracted from an otherwise relaxing experience.Nicon Luxury has the potential to offer a truly rejuvenating stay with its spa facilities and serene environment, but improvements in service quality and room maintenance are necessary to enhance the overall guest experience.
